Staff
The manager of the Beeches, Matthew, has worked in care for 15 years and has obtained his NVQ 2,3, 4 and his registered managers award, along with many various other qualifications.
Our staff regularly undergo training from first aid, manual handling, medication management, dementia care and many of the staff have their NVQ 2 in care as well.
We feel care consistency in our home to be very important so that our residents will have the same people providing all types of care from general housekeeping to personal care. Thus we have never employed agency staff to fill staff holidays or illness. Our own staff cover these themselves.
